The big challenge with photographing property in Exeter and Devon is weather; it does rain a lot. One ends up knowing how many days in a row it has rained for too.

The Exeter Science Park has a new building to record and celebrate, completed just before Christmas 2021, in my dreams I thought I would be able to nip by and photograph the exterior on a bright winter’s morning in that period that one has little to do. As it happened we got one bright day just after the new year where I could attempt to shoot the ‘wow’ exteriors, and I then visited on a subsequent morning to photograph the interior. The interior shots are more of a record, a document of the starting point of the space, the whole building was photographed.

Finally the solar arrays were photographed from the nearby main building.
