In my experience on of the regrettable aspects of adult life is that the worst of the elements often seem increasingly easy to hide from. So, it’s without any irony that I can’t report getting an absolute soaking whilst photographing this Exeter Flood Defence Scheme meeting of the Institution of Civil Engineers; this wasn’t just any rain. Somehow it added relevance to the meeting though.
I am used to engineering photography, and photography in poor conditions so, hey-ho I thought, chuck the camera cagoules on; well that’s what I thought. This was wet, very wet and very windy too but hats of (literally) to all involved.
Thank you so much Andrew.
These are brilliant!
(they seem to have gone down well)
