Earlier today (the morning after Pussy Riot performed at Exeter Phoenix) a friend asked “Wish I had seen this! Was it as epic as I imagined?” My answer was, “Probably beyond that Terah. As ever I try to go without expectations and how one wakes up the following day bears testament to what happened.” I added that ‘Epic’ was indeed a good description; some might argue that a simple “Yes” would have sufficed.
Swoon, the support were awesome, clearly hugely happy to be supporting Pussy Riot. I fantastic performance from this Brighton based outfit.
I’m not going to attempt to put into words the Pussy Riot experience, epic is a start, intense, I will be processing it for a long time.
