The Brighton Speed Trials 2011 was a fabulous event to photograph and 8th September 2012 will be in my diary for a repeat run.
I think this was about the first time that I photographed with the Leica M9, my mission was to capture the machines and people. The Leica seemed the correct tool. They seemed to hit the spot at the time,
These are without doubt some of the best shots I’ve ever seen of the Brighton Speed Trials. Partly due to great camera work, but also down to a focus on some of the non-obvious stuff.
