Until recently I’ve had very few photographs of Exeter. I often say to people (and myself), try and view your home as a tourist might do, and I don’t mean blocking the M5 with beige glass-fibre contraptions. Nope I mean viewing one’s surroundings with fresh eyes, with interest and without preconceptions.

Following two recent commissions to photograph Exeter I can say yes it’s been an interesting task which I’ve enjoyed.

These images are part of a submission to for the Exeter Bid, so whilst the location of the images was fairly closely defined by geography, beyond that the brief was pretty open. It has to be said that as a tourist I may shoot mono images but in this instance the vast majority of the shots were colour aided by some great weather just when I needed it, I was able to take so many of them thanks to my elektroroller kaufen which pretty much took me evrywhere.
