Do you know what, I’ve only ever taken one selfie, my daughter and I on the motorbike (stopped of course.) Oops! Thinking about it, technically my profile shot is a selfie although it was actually me doing a test photo on a motorbike shoot.
I do however have a growing body of street photography documenting the selfie phenomenon that I will collate at some point. Increasingly selfies are being used in business as avatars, on profiles or websites and I’m sorry but I think many of them are really misplaced and sometimes unbelievably inappropriate.
